chasing rays and tropical fish. 45 minutes out and back and out and back to and from the reef. This actually felt like a workout. Maybe once I'm back on the roads again I can add swimming in the middlle of the day like this. Well, as long as it is relatively calm. Injured soleus kept cramping up - guess I need to start hitting the Electrolit again. Drinking 500 mL now.
