Temp 79F w/60%, nice. The idea was to warm up with 1 mile walking and then do 3 min run and 3 min walk. I am trying to stress my calf to the point of tearing but not tear - to teach it to get stressed without tearing. I found out today exactly what I suspected - this is my worst tear yet. At times I was only able to run 30 seconds. So now I know it is going to be a long haul out of here but at least I'm running again. Soleus is REALLY sore now and I have PT again on Thursday. I'll not run tomorrow and try again on Wednesday. Had to stop trying to run at about 4.5 miles, so I was really only able to do the run/walk for 3.5 miles. It's gotta go up from here!
