legs very tired today and it was absolutely frigid. I should have worn tights. 70F with 55%. my fingers are still numb. tomorrow is rest day and this is my 2nd week of 3 days in a row so I should have expected tired legs. I don't know why I keep thinking that a distance of only 4-5 miles should be easy. :) Wanted to turn around a 2 miles so bad but found that putting one foot in front of the other really does get you to the finish. Who knew? :)

    Kathy, eventually runs of 4 to 5 miles will get easy, but it takes a while. By the time you can run 10+ fairly comfortably, your 5 milers will get much easier!

    4-5 miles 3 days in a row can be very tiring! Great job of hanging in there.
