  1. RUN
    good Janten 00:11:00

Getting my legs back. I think yesterday's 20 min run was instrumental in that. Not feeling like a cowboy right off the bike anymore.

    good 24.18 mi

Really enjoyed myself although the headwinds home sucked. Riding without a clock makes a HUGE difference in my happiness quotient. Missed the (road kill) coral snake AGAIN.

  3. RUN
    alright Janten 00:21

took Kilo with me. Dayum he's a lazy dog. I was surprised at how floppy my ass is and how out of breath i got and how sore my legs are but felt good at the turnaround. I'm finally back in the run... read more

    alright 24.18 mi 01:19 18.5mph pace

super windy and gusty today so we totally took it easy. Nice to see that taking it easy still means 18mph average. My legs were SUPER tired - dunno why - yesterday I only swam and ran. Icing my ass... read more

home to Hidden Worlds and back 48.69 mi 02:14 21.8mph pace

I think the map is off on this. It is 12 miles to our usual turnaround and then we did 13km after that, so it should be 24 miles + 26 km (40 miles (Jamie's cyclometer says 41 miles). But DEFINITE... read more

  9. RUN
    blah 00:20

brick run after PR bike ride - I could barely walk coming off the bike but stumbled through 20 minutes of "running" on my drastically decreased mileage plan.

  10. VELO
    good 24 mi 01:18 18.6mph pace

Really worked hard on the return (plus we probably had a tailwind) and dropped 8 minutes. I was panting coming home and bricked a run immediately afterwards.

  11. RUN
    good Janten 00:10:00

Yup, I've drastically decreased the mileage to try and get a grip on the injuries. I think it took longer to get READY than it did to run. Felt good and no twinges from the calf.

  12. swim
    good PaaMul bay 2040 yd

water was SUPER ROUGH but I'm feeling stronger. Also found out that each lap is about 40 yd longer than I thought. followed with first return to run of 10 minutes.
