A quick run after my swim, down 33rd from the Y to Lake Montebello, one lap of the lake, and back to the Y. Note to self: even though it's only 3 miles, carry water. The asphalt path around Lake Montebello is like the surface of the sun. Fortunately, there's a drinking fountain at the pump house next to the lake.

Nice loop. I learned the hard way going out on what was supposed to be a 4 mike run w friends and it turned into 7 with no water. Now I travel with!
