After the ride, a couple of us hit the road for a short, easy run. I wanted to shake out my legs a little, and Jessica, my compatriot, had never done a brick before, so she wanted to take it easy. My hips felt tight at first, but they loosened up.
After my ride and run, I came home and took an ice bath to hopefully help my legs recover. I was surprised at how fatigued they were on the bike. Hopefully, by next Sunday they'll be well-rested!
