It's a recovery week for my MD Half training group, so we only did 4 this morning for our long run. I felt really good, and I can tell I'm getting faster. There were a couple of serious hills on the route, so I'm very happy with my pace. I thought about all the HAT runners as I did my little 4 miles. I hope they are having a great race; they got perfect weather for it!
