Today was a double-dip race day with BoMF. The first was the St. Pat's 8K in DC, a nice flat course. My plan was to just run an easy pace, but I felt good so I picked the pace up as I went along. I ran negative splits the whole way, and had plenty left to kick it to the finish. Then it was back to Baltimore...
