    Pretty hot out there for Bandit to walk at a fast pace (he's the one that sets it!). He started to overheat at the end, so now he's had a long drink and is laying in front of a fan :)

    It's been awhile since I've lifted last, so I backed off the weight and did 3 sets of 15 reps for 3 ab machines, leg press, glute press, and lying hamstring curls.

    back, abs, and ass machines...took it easy with fewer sets, and added the leg curl machine (laying down one) to hit the glutes/hammy's (9 machines total now)

    Added a new core machine (Hammer Strength Ab cruncher) to the mix. Yesterday, I couldn't get it to I did at 10 lbs lol

    Did a perfect shoulder stand at yoga today and held it for a super long time :D
