Second ever Zumba class. This one I liked a WHOLE lot more than the first one I took; the instructor was great, and there was a lot of variety in the dance styles.

I think it has something to do with the zillion lunges that we do immediately afterward... when your legs are so exhausted that you want to just fall over.
Still, I'm so grateful for how kickass her class is. A girl came this week that typically goes to the other boot camp class at our gym (one instructor teaches Mon, one Wed.); she could barely finish Cindy's class. It felt great to know that it's THAT hard. :)
