considering i'd been traveling sat and sun and got off the plane at 3:30 and was on the road running by 5:20... had a terrible sunburn... a touch of Montezuma's revenge from Mexico...blah, blah, blah... I guess this was a good run. It just didn't feel good the last 4 miles and of course I would've like an overall pace less than 10. I also haven't run 14 miles straight in years, so it's all about perspective...right?!
