5 mile run, two miles of which were barefooted, whipped off my trainers and ran the rest of the way home in nothing but my brown skin, felt great, nice weather, cool but brights, soon warmed up,enjoyable run, half marathon on Sunday, so don't plan to go tooo mad with the exercise this week.
