good 4 mile run today,later on hit the gym and done an amazing 1 and a half hour boxing class, skipping, pad work and core, then ran a mile home, I'm stepping it up, tired but feeling good. 4 mi 00:46 11:22 pace

I'm stepping it up, tired but feeling good, looking forward to seeing the results. The boxing class was sweaty and filled with motivated,men and women, it was beautifully intense and inspiring.
