5 mile run, then an hours free weights, then a 45 minute box fit class, which included skipping and pad work, intense evening of exercise, stepping it up and feeling good, new body here I come!

    Hey Estelle, shocked myself, finished the free weights then thought what the hell and joined in a boxing class, Lord I was tired when I got home, but happy.
