    Well done! I go to a body pump class or do a weights DVD - I'm not disciplined enough to do weights on my own. I agree though, strength training rocks and makes such a difference to shape!

    I used to love body pump but my new gym doesn't have it, luckily the other half is trying to get fit, and we've been working out together and so far so good.
