    Longest run in a good few months, had a hell of a lot of fun,a cold but bright day, I was grinning away at some points, yes, yes the Kat is getting back her running mojo.

    Tried out a different teacher today, and she was wonderful, motiviating and hard core, just how I like it, if I stick with her I'm sure I'll start seeing a difference soon.

    I'm stepping it up, tired but feeling good, looking forward to seeing the results. The boxing class was sweaty and filled with motivated,men and women, it was beautifully intense and inspiring.
