Weight-lifting bookended with cardio.

I began tonight's workout with a 10 minute warmup on the elliptical; low incline, high resistance, and hands-free to keep my core engaged. Did basic weights hitting all muscle groups, increasing my usual lbs. by 5 to 15 lbs., except for the shoulder press. I've had some residual pain in my right shoulder from a rotator cuff injury last summer so I'm being very careful to not aggravate it. Did 3 sets of everything, 15 reps. Ended with a 6 minute brisk walk on the treadmill, stretching, and crunches targeting both upper & lower abs, and obliques.
