Finally a run with more than 20k. Felt good except the downhill part at the end where my foot told me that it is enough now. The first long loop was very nice, but in the Olympia Park is was already quite crowded with lots of tourists. We had the chance to try the isotonic drinks that will be offered during the Munich marathon.. well if you like Red Bull you might like the drink with artificial rasberry/gummybear taste too....

true even though my plan stated that 2h with 6:30 pace would have been enough as hm training (but there was no one to pick me up after 2 hours...)

I hate the taste of redbull....it's so...chemical. Fantastic distance accomplished today. Hope the foot behaves:-)

That isotonic drinks sounds aweful. I can't stant the tast of redbull. Good to hear the foot is holding up.

I can honestly say I never even tried Red Bull, so no idea whether it would suit me. Nice run Karlo!
