This was a good class and I love our teacher, but I do wish this class were more challenging, or that something more than just "basic yoga" were offered.

In other news, Charles Widmore is a member at my gym. I see him there all the time. One day I'm going to tell him I know ALL ABOUT his boat and his history with the Others. Dun dun DUNNNNNN.
