In 2011, I'd like to do a couple of triathlons, a half-century ride, and set a new PR (under 2:00) in the half marathon. Haven't chosen my races yet.

One thing I both love and hate about yoga: it's the only activity I know of where the teacher tells the class, "open your heart" as a regular part of the instructions.
I made this a run/walk by taking a one-minute waking break every five minutes. Trying not to anger the hip but I'm not sure it's working.
Warrior poses were tough on my already-tired quads (from all the squats in body pump), but I made it work! Yoga always leaves me feeling good.
Pretty good class today. I do miss the challenging power flow classes we used to have, though!
This run was actually split between one mile before yoga class and another two after, due to timing.

Easy treadmill run before body pump class. Hip has been a little achy again, so I took some days off and then went easy today to see how it goes.
Mmmm, ice. I love that type of workout -- sounds like you worked a little bit of everything!
