      my feet get tingly on the elliptical too! Luckily I've been doing circuit training so they are only tingly for a couple minutes before it's time for weights and abs

    Felt great - started on the elliptical for 32 minutes - did 2.8 miles or so...did another 32 minutes on the treadmill - did a few weights afterwards and I walked to the gym so overall a good workout
