    Great 5:30am run with a friend...but I NEED to find a new running route so bored with this one..

    Not a good run...had 16 on the schedule and had to stop at 12...mostly mental but also some pain in my lower back.

    PDR!!! Hardest run of my life! Was so proud of myself for finishing.

    Shake out run after the half marathon--legs felt good, but it was so humid out it was hard to breathe!

    Pouring rain and wind, but I LOVED this race. Felt great throughout and left with a new PR! Unfortunately, the rain did claim a victim (RIP iPod shuffle).

    Ran 2.5 miles out and back to check out a place in Cambridge--loved it! Kind of nice to fit wedding planning and marathon training into one :-)

    Survived the rain, humidity, and early wake up call for a solid long run! This is the most I've ever run alone (not in a race) so I was proud of myself :-)
