    Didn't have as much trouble with my toes today. Every so often I went backwards for a couple minutes and that seemed to help. Thanks Bari!!

    Follow up to the elliptical. My 4th & 5th toes on both feet fall asleep after too long on the elliptical so I switched.

      My feet go to sleep too. A friend suggested trying to alternate going forwards and backwards. Do forwards for 10 min, backwards for 5, etc.

    again I don't have an official time for my leg. It was fun to run a relay with my cousins. We met our anchor at mile 26 and all finished together.
