good Track Class 3.5 mi

0.75 mile warm up and 0.25 cool down. Then did 1 mile, 0.75, 0.5, and 0.25 at progressively faster paces. The coach had KJ and me do the run at a slower pace since the marathon is Sunday. 1 mile pace was 9:29, 0.75 was 9:26, 0.5 was 8:32, and 0.25 was 7:44. Legs felt good. Right hammie was pretty loose by the end. Gorgeous night for a run. Treated myself to a few items from the Nike store after for the marathon ;)
