My workout with Stephanie this morning was Hypertrophy, which means I got to do bench presses with the BIG bar! Little bitty plates on each end, but it still makes me feel really strong. At least until tiny little Stephanie reaches out with one hand and picks the bar up like it's nothing. ;-) Going to do my 60/60/60 (day 17!) in just a moment. So far, so good!
