    Easy run with short sprints (1:15/:15) with .25 mile warm up and cool down walk on each end.

      I loved my results. Went from about 20/200 to 20/15. Sometimes I can even manage a 20/10 on the tests.

      I still need reading glasses, but at least I'm not wearing them with contact lenses also. My near vision is a little bit better than it was with contacts -- I had to squint at it a little, but I could read my watch while out running this morning! The days that I ran without contacts were really interesting. I could see my watch really well, but I tripped over a stick in the road once!
