    Incredibly sore, but got out there for another walk run. This time did a half mile walk warm up, one mile run and half mile walk cool down. Still so stoked to be back at it.

      When I first began to jog-run about 2 months post partum I felt like my vagina was going to fall out and that my bones and muscles were still out of whack from growing a baby. Weird, and sometimes frustrating, times.

    Nice morning run with Sam down to the Tidal Basin to get a look at the cherry blossoms. Glad we went when we did - the trees were a little past peaks but still very beautiful.
