    Ran 1 mile, walked 0.5, finished the last 0.5 running. Felt pretty good and this run felt easier than the last despite the heat and humidity.

    Incredibly sore, but got out there for another walk run. This time did a half mile walk warm up, one mile run and half mile walk cool down. Still so stoked to be back at it.

      When I first began to jog-run about 2 months post partum I felt like my vagina was going to fall out and that my bones and muscles were still out of whack from growing a baby. Weird, and sometimes frustrating, times.
