    Getting better every time. I felt like I could do more than a mile today easily but since it was late and I was with Zachariah again we agreed to do the hopkins track when we do more distance.

    Ran two miles in 104 degree weather. Way too hot outside, but it felt good to get on my feet again.

    Pretty excellent. VERY HOT. We did not drink enough water before heading out, and it was high noon. Next time when Kevin and I go a running we will properly hydrate for the newly here summer heat!
