      <3 running abroad, that's definitely one of my new highs in travelling. Just completed a nice loop around Margaret Island in Budapest.

      Climbs are killers, though - I can imagine the hilly Spanish coastline is quite a place to run. Nice views I guess?

    Morning run in scorching hot Spanish heat. Ran the Paseo Maritimo in Fuengirola w/ Tuomas H. My first 5k, felt pretty good even though the pace was slow.

    21-25-21-21-33 (max), 60-90 second rests. Felt pretty good throughout, little tired (obviously) at the end.

    Solid evening run. Felt pretty good throughout, even through a couple of steep climbs. I don't know if it was more humid than usual but I sweated a lot this time. Next run I'll think I'll try 5k.
