Went running despite the fact that there's a heat advisory. Did pretty OK considering...
Should have eaten after this before going out for the evening :S good run though
Night run! Just ran a really random route with a lot of hills until I hit 25 minutes.

Make sure your getting the right calorie/carb intake for a tough workout like running. I would recommend not dieting but just eating healthy. The combination of a healthy full calorie diet and exercise will do the trick!

Make sure you take in enough good calories. I changed my eating habits and increased my exercise this past December. -25 lbs later!!! I avoided fast food, any fried food and increased fruits and veggies into my diet. Everyone has their own way of losing weight, do it safely and you will succeed!!!! Good luck!

I agree - you don't need to restrict calories too much to lose weight - you just have to eat quality calories - nutrition - lots of fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. And avoid processed foods, sugar, fast food. The weight will come off!

Ran 2 miles at an easy pace with the last 5 minutes at a high incline. It felt great! I'm feeling less dizzy when I run this week, so that's good.

Wow now that I read that post it's a little bit rant-y! To be clear, I'm glad I got to go on a run today and now that I have a little more time I can definitely fit a run in every day this week :)

Good idea to make the change. It maybe disappointing now but better to ready and know you can run the distance than possibly injure yourself and be out of running for a while.
