      They do, but it's 110 outside, so there's only so much the AC can do. :( I'm used to heat in the summer, but this is ridiculous. I'll be glad when the heat breaks!

      It really was! Today was field work day and I spent the morning raking the warning track and picking up rocks. I'm so glad I've been exercising, otherwise this would be kicking my butt!

      Roberta, go for it! I was hesitant at first, but after two sessions I'm super pumped for it. At the end of the 10 week clinic there will be a Women-only 5K. I know I'll be ready to run the whole thing without any walk breaks!
