    I wanted to jump off that bike and jog. Runnings not an option, so I relaxed, got in the zone, and enjoyed the beautiful day! Fantastic hip opening Yin Yoga class after.

    A fun little Christmas Light 5K race at Joe Pool Lake. My quads are still on fire from the yoga inversion workshop yesterday, but the run felt good. Long run tomorrow.

      Ha I was running in Houston around the neighborhood and saw people running with bats/sticks/big flash lights. Pretty sure its for protection. Nice run Karen.

      For sure gotta keep the hydration with you on a run longer than 3 they say but I make sure to run with some on all my runs. Nice job getting the 6 miles in!
