      Nice! You are a glutton for punishment on your workouts. I know you are slower than pre-C, but you aren't spending as much training now. Enjoy Ms C now. When she is older and you can put more miles in, you again blow away everyone in your age group.

      You are all such great morale boosters. I don't feel particularly fast, as I used to easily crank out 6:20's and 6:30's in the 5k. I haven't figured out yet if age took away that speed, or if I'm just not training hard enough. I think it's more of the latter.
