Better today -- I didn't feel like I was going to die, which is, you know, nice. Mostly a mix of freestyle and backstroke, with a few lengths of breaststroke thrown in. Must work on my form and breathing.


i find myself getting progressively better - since you had a wimming back ground any way i'm sure it'll be the same if not quicker for you! :)

I'm not sure if you can call 8th grade swim class and summers at the lake a *background*, Brooke! I'm finding it amusing how many things I'd forgotten. Posts on that to come in the next few weeks.
