First time doing laps in 25 years. I was ready to quit after one lap! Distance is an estimate, might have been 700 meters, I lost track of my lap count while trying to remember to breathe!

    I commend you on the laps. Breathing was my downfall to be a swimmer - that and the whole diving head first into water just felt wrong! I hope it felt good to move those muscles.

    good job! i count my laps by using the little bouy things on the lane diveders. otherwise i'd have no clue how man laps i've done!
