Karena, you are a machine. OMG. I totally blew the shred off because I couldn't deal with the soreness and running! I'm so proud of you!!!!

In all fairness, running is SO much harder on your body than walking. I couldn't run this mileage and shred, no way!

I'll be doing day 3 today. The sore legs are abating a bit. I'm hoping today doesn't send me back to that pain.
