    Decent pace, felt strong and comfortable throughout, could have gone harder but this is my new base speed, will crank it up slowly over time.

    I was really really tired before class even began so knew this was going to hurt......and it did. Somehow managed to keep pumping the pedals but at the end i was completely spent.

    Upper body session straight after spinning, less than ideal but managed to finish strong, had a banana after spinning which gave me just enough energy to finish.

    Spinning was brutal tonight, had a massive puddle of sweat under my bike but felt amazing, buzzing so hard from all the lovely endorphins :D
