Did lots of hill work today and my legs were already wobbly but powered through, my heart rate stayed in the 140s which is a good sign as its normnally in the 150-160 range when working hard.

I haven't been skiving training, i caught something off of a work mate and it absolutely floored me. I rarely get ill and it kicked my ass, extremely hot/cold shakes etc.
