    Last long run before the marathon. Had to stop to buy band-aid for a blister!

    Over 10 miles since took little detours in the parks along the way. Pace seems better than before. On more long run on Saturday and I will be set. Shooting for sub 4 hour marathon in 8 days...

    Shared the lane with a thoughtful slower swimmer who let me pass at the turns so that I don't have to stop. I think I could have done even 2K. Perhaps next time...
