So I ran for 1km and walked the rest. It was my first run in a long time and I didn't want to overwork myself. I think I found out why my right leg started hurting in June: I basically slam my foot flat down instead of rolling it from heel to toes. So today I tried to work on that and my shin seems to be fine. My leg started hurting on the other side and the back of my knee hurt too but that might have been from all the stress I put on it by trying to run properly. I wanted to run longer, but when the pain became too strong, I stopped; I have learned my lesson. I will try to run again next week and I will give a try to taping. I'm now cooling my leg, hoping for the best.
