    The whole training went amazingly well. Unfortunately my left leg started hurting later and still hurt today. Not sure what to do. I hate my body.

    I struggled with some of the poses but overall it was a great session. I'm starting to feel better now that I exercise. I am a bit tired, tho, since Mr. kanmuri woke me up in the middle of the night because he snored.
