  1. RUN
great Cool Change Tempo 8 km 00:40 08:00 pace

What better way to ring in the cool change than with a tempo run around the local waterholes. Rain, wind, humidity, this had it all. And, I loved it!

  2. RUN
good Aborted Long Run 14 km 01:14 08:29 pace

Set out to do 20km, but pulled the pin at 7km and turned around. Sun was already too fierce!

  7. RUN
great Easy Run with Hill Repeats 10.4 km 00:55 08:26 pace

Lovely run in the afternoon sunshine (as opposed to mornings of late). Threw in 4x1min hill repeats, just for the fun of it. Felt good.

  8. RUN
    great Easy 9k 9 km 00:47 08:19 pace

Been wanting to link a few sections of runs together and got the chance to this morning. A great variety of trails and a pretty good 9-10k run.

  9. RUN
    blah Hills 6.2 km 00:38 09:57 pace

No petrol this morning. Perhaps too much gardening in the heat over the weekend. It is done though.

  10. RUN
    good Easy 10k 10 km 00:56 08:59 pace

An easy 10k just for the heck of it. Another run where I just headed off with no route in mind. Found another little interesting track along my travels.

  11. RUN
    great Found a Scotchman 13.79 km 01:13 08:32 pace

  15. RUN
alright Recovery Shuffle 5.2 km 00:34 10:22 pace

Too buggered to go anywhere so pumped out 10 laps of my paddocks/garden. Never knew I could do a 5k at home.

  16. RUN
alright Afterglow Twilight Half Marathon 21.2 km 01:59 09:02 pace

An amazing event and heaps of fun, but the legs just didn't have it tonight. I think illness took a bit out of me this week. At around the 12km mark, I took off my Garmin, chucked in the backp... read more
