    Very hard , I could not get air into my lungs. I hate being ill, I need to go back to the doctor as all is not okay. I was wanting to do the big run but only managed 5.6 and I had to stop.

    A new PB for me again but still sore on the hills, I will have to get sorted and see if I can get under the 1.34 mark. Well done to all the metro runners that got Pb's on Sunday.
