      Doctor approved swimming and cycling. In fact, he even encouraged it so I don't loose muscle. I rested yesterday. :)

      By the way, I love that you still chose to put felt "Great" as how the run went. Usually I would say that going to the doctor would not lead to a "great" rating for me. TYPE A's what you gonna do?
