I meant to go a bit further, but time got the best of me at lunch and I missed my ortho appt. But! I had the most amazing lunch at Evoe in Portland...Fabulous chef Kevin and his beautiful sous chef (cute summer top by the way!) made my lunch mate and I Beet and Ricotta Salata Salad, Deviled Eggs, Chicory & Pancetta & Soft Egg, and the best Caprese Salad I've ever tasted. You should move to Portland just to patronize this restaurant. I feel like the calories burned estimate isn't taking into account that most of my biking miles today were uphill...I'm rounding it up to 300!
