Vibram Five Finger Run-Slow and Nice

Wanted to take this run very slow to focus solely on form and attempt some of the Chi Running Methods. Plan on doing this for a while to really get my form down hoping to stop some of these chronic daily aches and pains. Toes were very cold though so I was often distracted. :-p


Nice Kim - the one downside to early AM running is I miss all these glorious days with people posting about their afternoon runs in their tees and shorts. Heck, it is 29F when I am running in hats and gloves still :). Nice work. Love to follow your progress on the Chi Running - it promotes forefoot/midfoot running no?

Brendan, Chi Running is about proper posture as well and the thing I am focusing on right now and let me tell you it's hard! I never noticed how much my feet sway to the right until the past couple of days so I am working on fixing that. Happy to report I do not have any sore shins this morning and they are usually a little sore after each run.
