Cycling at the gym again

Couldn't bear to run in the rain again today so got to the gym to do a cycling workout. Did interval training again which makes it less boring (but still boring). Wish it were a real bike on real earth. Good cross train workout though to strengthen legs for Wachusett Mtn Race in May.


Good long bike ride, Kim. It will not only make you strong for your race, but will also give you a base for mountain biking. I'm hoping the trails will be dry by opening day (April 15).
