Cycling at gym 4.8 mi

Did some cycling while my son worked out at the gym. Really enjoy interval training on the machine. In fact, it's the only cardio machine at the gym that I like because I have built a training program around it. Kept it light though as I ran 8 miles before it.

    Yeah, I like it, but I get in, get what I need to get done and then get out! Love exercising outdoors and don't like it much indoors. Love the weights though as I am trying to build my back and legs some more and I get much better results at the gym.
