Did this before I felt lousy yesterday at the gym as my legs ached from running so wanted to cross train.
Did a 10 minute warm up and then did splits that were a set of five
40 Seconds as fast as I could/20 Seconds recovery
After set of five I would cycle at comfortable pace for 2 minutes
Did this for a total of 5 segments and the sweat was dripping off of me. By the time I got off of the bike I thought my legs would give out.
Looking forward to doing it again! ;-)


Nice work. That will get you ready for mountain bike season. Opening day for mtn bikes is just over a month away!

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking Chuck. Just need to find a bike now. Have been checking Craig's list but nothing yet. It's hard to find a bike as I am only 5'3!!! Will be doing my 1st cycling class at the gym on Sunday as we are supposed to get downpours and wind so I doubt very much I will be trail running on Sunday! ;-)
