good Memorial Park 5.68 mi

2 laps around the park with my friend Michelle. She was kind enough to walk more than she probably wanted but it was a strong walk and we maintained a good sweat. Ran some the first lap but walked after that, I had cramping and blister issues but still felt great to be out there!
