injured Galveston Seawall Half Marathon 13.1 mi

I had no right being out there. I have slacked on my training and wasn't prepared. Ended up with my worst half ever and totally deserved it. My body feels ok now but I limped the last 2+ miles and my feet hurt like crazy right now. Of course I am now I am fired up about getting it together and training properly so that I can have a PR on my next half. You hear that Aramco?? I am gonna kick your booty!!
